Southern Dreams is an at-risk advocacy and community-based program that focuses on the well being of juveniles and their families. It is also an Evidence -Based program, designed to decrease referrals of youth to the Detention Centers. Southern Dreams communicates with all juvenile agencies and organizations to ensure that all services are provided as needed. Southern Dreams provides educational services, skills building, behavior modification, technical skills and counseling by a licensed psychiatrist. Southern Dreams has been a positive, supportive program in both Claiborne and Jefferson Counties for over 10 years. Southern Dreams Just recently open a new office in Attala County .
